How Returns Work
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. After that window passes, we won’t be able to accept the return.
To get started, just email us at support@perlikal.com and we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed.
Before sending anything back, please make sure the items:
- Haven’t been used
- Still have all original tags attached
Pack everything carefully and send it using a reliable courier, since return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the original payment method you used at checkout.
We don’t charge any restocking fees.
Refunds are usually completed within up to 7 days, so thanks in advance for your patience.
Exchanges
Need a different item instead? Just email support@perlikal.com with the details and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Items must be in new condition with tags attached, and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, take a clear photo and send it to support@perlikal.com so we can review and assist you.
Canceling Orders
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@perlikal.com. Once your order has entered processing, cancellations may not be possible.
