Shipping Partners

How Orders Are Handled
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Most orders are prepared within 0–1 business days. When your package leaves our facility, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.
Delivery Details
For most addresses, orders arrive within 5–9 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is already included for all orders within the United States, no extra steps needed.
Delays & Next Steps
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 3 additional business days and check your tracking link. If the package still hasn’t arrived, email support@perlikal.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate immediately.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, take a clear photo and send it to support@perlikal.com so we can review and assist you.
Canceling Orders
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@perlikal.com. Once your order has entered processing, cancellations may not be possible, so it’s best to contact us as soon as you can.
