This compact 12V jump starter uses a 37Wh lithium NMC battery pack with a specified 1500A peak output. The included jumper cable uses metal clamp jaws for direct contact on top-post battery terminals. An internal voltage-sensing routine identifies battery voltage below 9V and enables a manual boost activation sequence.

Voltage Readout, Then Crank Procedure

Connect the jumper cable to the unit, then attach clamps to the battery terminals with correct polarity. The status indicator reflects detected battery voltage, including a low-voltage condition under 9V. When applicable, the boost control can be used for low-voltage 12V batteries. The built-in LED work light includes three modes: steady, strobe, and signal/SOS.

Store the unit in a door pocket, or trunk-side storage area. Keep clamp jaws clean and dry, and route the cable away from belts, pulleys, fans, and hot engine parts during use. For storage, remove the clamps from the battery first, disconnect the jumper cable from the unit, then coil the lead to reduce connector strain.

WORKS WELL, HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE!!

What I noticed pretty quickly is that the clamps actually grip the battery terminals properly, no slipping around while you're trying to get it connected. Small thing but my old one was a nightmare for that.

Previous jump starters I've owned would just die after sitting unused for a while, totally useless when you actually needed them. This one still has plenty of charge after sitting in my glove box since I got it.

Love it.

One thing I appreciate is how the indicator shows the charge level so you're not guessing whether it's ready to use. I top it off every so often and it's always ready to go when I need it ⭐.
