This portable tire inflator uses an electric motor driving a compact piston pump housed in aluminum, copper, and molded plastic components. The unit supports dual power input through an internal lithium-ion battery pack or a 12V DC vehicle outlet. Maximum rated pressure is 160 PSI. Airflow is specified at 24L per minute for standard tire inflation tasks.
Electrical Operation in Vehicle Use
The inflator operates at 12V with a maximum power draw of 96 watts and up to 8 amps when connected to a vehicle outlet. A digital pressure sensor displays real-time readings in PSI, BAR, KPA, or kg/cm². Preset pressure values trigger automatic motor cutoff when the selected level is reached. An integrated LED light provides localized illumination during inflation.
Setup, Connection, and Storage
The unit connects to tires using a threaded air hose. Power can be supplied by the internal battery via USB-C charging or by the included 12V DC power cord with inline fuse. Included adapters support Schrader, Presta, and needle valve interfaces. The compact housing fits common vehicle storage areas and stores with accessories in the included bag.
